Dr. K. THIRUGNANAM, affectionately known as ‘Dr. THIRU', Founder & CEO of Ascenders Technologies Private Limited. Co—Convener for ERA- Executive Recruiters Association - Chennai Chapter, Charter Member of TIE- Chennai, Executive Mmeber of TASMIA, Member of Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council - ESC, District Chairman of Lions Club Dist 324-A1 and prominent member many other Organizations.
Dr. THIRU' is an IT professional and IBM Gold medalist having more than twenty six years of experience in Senior and challenging positions in various organizations viz., IBM, eFunds, Lason, Standard Chartered Bank-Scope International and so on.
His academic credentials include a Ph.D -Doctorate in Computer science, degree in Statistics, an MBA in international Marketing, Master of Finance Management and Multiple Post graduate diplomas' in Computer programming , Applications and System management.
He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), trained in Six sigma, ISO 9000:2001, CMM and other quality standards.
He has been rewarded with a Gold medal (the IBM President's Team Service award) and recieved many accolades from various organizations for Unstinted Commitment, innovative initiatives, excellent performance and being a role model in building teams of professionals. He wrote and published a COBOL Text Book "COBOL - AN APPROACH” in 1987 and continues publishing many IT related white papers.
He has rich experience in ERP, PeopleSoft Systems, Mainframe Environment, Client Server systems, Web based systems (including Microsoft and Non-Microsoft Platforms), leading projects in Core IT services, product development, 24x7 technology production support and shouldered diverse responsibilities which includes customer Interface for migration in various business and process verticals.
Ms. JAYALAKSHMI THIRUGNANAM, is currently doing her Ph.D in English Language Teaching (ELT) from the University of Madras . She has been actively participating in workshops and International Seminars related to English Language Teaching. She has also presented and published papers on various aspects of English Language Teaching. She has about 12 Years experience of teaching English to young minds. A fair part of her teaching career includes working with budding engineers. This experience served as an eye opener.
The startling discovery of a wide chasm between Communicative Competence and Technological Expertise was what inspired her to seriously pursue the development and improvement of English Language Competency for Engineers and other Professionals It also led her from the field of education into the world of IT. Her vision includes the balanced blending of efficient and fluent communication techniques and other soft skills with Information Technology.
Mr. K. RAAJARAM, comes with the rare and undisputable combination of Government and private sector experience in the fields of ERP, IT, Operations and Finance & Accounts. Raajaram is a process specialist, having in-depth knowledge of many domains and can articulate process and design aspects extempore. Raajaram is a major contributor in country’s leading telecom billing software design and software quality aspects; single handedly developed MIS packages, payroll software, fund accounting software, pension management software, travel claims software, HRMS package etc., to name a few. In the Finance & Accounts arena, he has contributed in the fields of budgeting & control, costing, Collections etc.
He has exhaustive knowledge in ERP systems, having contributed in designing customized ERP systems and implemented and maintained leading ERP systems like Peoplesoft. In the private IT sector, Raajaram has conceived and developed / led development teams in all technologies. In the ITeS sector, he has managed huge BPO operations earning over $16M a month. In the quality side, he has defined requirement process and contributed in CMM certification. Raajaram is a trained Six Sigma & Lean Champion, apart from being a TQM specialist. He is an effective trainer in almost any field.
In Ascenders Technologies, Raajaram leads all technological initiatives, HR and process improvements.
Mr. P. VIJAYA RAGHAVAN, is a seasoned IT professional with all round experience in the industry for about 20+ years. His industry experience is wide-ranging as he has worked in various Software companies as well as in the manufacturing sector. He has been an effective People’s Manager and has in his time, handled around 100 Software Technical resources singlehandedly and with flair. In this role he has not only been instrumental in timely deliveries, but also guided and mentored resources in the process. He has also managed multiple projects simultaneously. He has been involved in projects from the Pre-sales activities up to regular implementations. He is also very much a part of other practical and fundamental aspects of project planning and delivery such as budget preparation and tracking on a regular basis. The IT professional in him goads him to constantly look for ways and means to reduce rework by proactive testing methodologies. He is well versed with both the Offshore and Onshore models of work. His strength lies in SDLC concepts especially in requirements gathering. He has turned Requirements Elicitation to a fine art as he makes sure that it is focused primarily on the user perspective.
He has built effective Management Information Systems and developed valuable tools such as Defect/ Bug Tracking system for CMM documentation. Mr. Vijaya Raghavan is also a trained IQA Auditor and Six Sigma champion.
He now serves Ascenders technologies as Vice President (Operations).
Mr. P. SENTHIL KUMAR, has inherent skills as a strong people’s person. He is also a distinctive Sales and Marketing professional with more than Eight years of experience. He has been involved in key activities like Product Strategy and Planning phase, Concept Evaluation Phase, Concept Development Phase, Validation Phase, Market Research. He plays a major role in Business Development activities. His enthusiasm and passion towards his work and career motivates employees and he is looked upon as a role model at Ascenders Technologies.

Mr. RAJAT JAIN, is an IT professional with strong domain knowledge of Finance & Accountancy (a rare combination). He started his career with domain knowledge supported by an academic degree of Masters of Business Administration in Finance. He strives to change the obsolete accounting methodology with the help of IT technology based on ERP. He started as a functional trainee, came to the level of functional consultant (team member) and has reached the impressive stage of Project Manager/Business Analyst. In the span of his career growth, he has successfully completed many End-to-End Implementations for big MNC companies serving in various Industrial Platforms like Manufacturing, Service, Retail, Car Rentals etc. He has a sound experience of 6 years (3 in domain & 3 in IT) and is currently an MCP- Microsoft Certified Professional in ERP with DAX & NAV certifications.
Mr. ABEL JOHNNY, is very passionate towards Microsoft Technologies & products. He can consult for effective solutions with Microsoft technologies which includes Dynamics AX & CRM. He has got sound Enterprise Architecting skills. He is experienced in customization, development and integration of solutions in ERP Solutions. Expertise person in Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence, AIF server and Workflow server. He has made note worthy presentations at seminars and conducted training sessions in Microsoft Technologies. He is a Success-driven team player with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and easily adapts to new applications and technologies.
Mr. K. PRAVEEN KUMAR, has got wide industry experience in ERP implementation across various verticals. He is a subject matter expertise in functional areas such as Supply Chain Management and HRMS. He has got sound knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP range of products in development and customization.
He is also an enterprising young professional who aims for the growth of the organisation and contributes towards it, through his knowledge and expertise.
Mr. S. MARIA SURESH, is an HR professional. He has rich experience in HR, Recruitment, Resource Management, Sales, Client Coordination, Business Development, Sourcing Methodologies, Event Management skills and Process Orientation. His major responsibilities include Customer Interface for migration in various business and process verticals. His academic credentials include a degree in Computer Science, and a Masters in Computer Applications.
