Our team’s extensive skills in process management encompass all aspects of implementation and operation, including Business Requirements Definition, Functional Specifications for Customer Approval, System Design, Software Development and customizing the product to fit our clients’ specific needs. We have built a process management framework for existing ERP installations comprising the following stages:

  • Evaluating existing processes and defining gaps
  • Conducting detailed business process analysis and gap fit analysis for customer approval
  • Defining solution backlog and production specification to facilitate go live
  • Providing end user training and UAT support after go live

Announcing Name Change: AscendSure will henceforth be known as “eNSURE” .We are proud to announce that we are changing ERP applications implementation and support services name from “AscendSure” to “eNSURE”. The name changes are due to the significant services acceptances and appreciation of the customers and to avoid resembling any other trade or brand names. The company will continue to operate in the ERP Solutions & Support Services space and promote “eNSURE” the award winning methodology of Nasscom with recognition as ‘Emerge 50’ in the year 2011.
